The S&T White Paper-2018 invited various media criticisms like "Japan's S&T power is getting weak," or "the level of Japan's science is declining," or "the number and quality of Japan's scientific papers are hanging low." The improvements of research environments have also been called for. Mr. Nakazawa who was responsible for editing the S&T White Paper-2018 will talk about the points of the White Paper and suggest strategies to be taken. He will also discuss these issues with the seminar participants. |
