+Review of the SciREX Training for Government Poicymaking Administrators

NTT DATA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, Inc., being contracted by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to review the SciREX Program's activity of training incumbunt government administrators who are and will be involved in policymaking, made 5 recommendations as folllows:

It would be important for the participants to tackle the theme as their own theme and make decisions.

It would be good for the participants to have synergy effects by understanding various viewpoints from outside their team.

It would help to know the team members by taking time such as sharing their interests and "what they have in mind at the beginning of the training session and at the end of the session."

The User Interview is evaluated high by the participants and should be continued.

The time at the end of the training for the participants to share what they gained from the training was valuable and should be continued.
