We will invite Dr. Michael Keenan, OECD Senior Policy Analyst, to the SciREX 40th Seminar to talk about OECD's new initiative of "S&T Policy 2025." It will be followed by his discussions with two commentators of Dr. Kotera Hidetoshi, Vice Chair of OECD S&T Policy Committee and an Executive Director of RIKEN, and Dr. Aruga Osamu, International Affais Director, STI Policy Secretariat at the Cabinet Office.
