Chiba City introduced a "Chiba Report" system. It is for the citizens to support the Chiba Office by proposing improvements of the streets and malfunction of the facilities in the parks through WEBSITEs. The system has proved to be successful in visualizing the information exchange between the City Office and the citizens. The number of citizen reporters has exceeded 5,000 in four years since the inception of the projecct. The lecturer will talk about how it was made possible and the problems to be solved.
