Synopsis:
In the U.S., the star scientists who produce excellent research results tend to establish successful venture businesses. The linkage between the star scientists and industries brings economic and societal impacts. This seminar introduces such evidence seen in the U.S. as well as analyses on the current status of the Japanese star scientists.
